The Lumpy Mail Shop is a service offered by The Mailman Ltd, R/O 103-105 Kings Road, Harrogate, HG1 5HZ, Company no: 11858066. Please read these Terms of Business carefully.
The Lumpy Mail Shop is a service designed to help businesses connect and generate meetings with companies they would like to acquire as customers. It offers no guarantees of outcomes, and any results achieved by other customers are given as examples of what could happen through the use of The Lumpy Mail Shop, but cannot be guaranteed.
Terms of use: Members of The Lumpy Mail Shop agree to be a member for a minimum of 3 months, to be paid on a monthly recurring automated payment via our online payment system. This initial 3 month period is designed to be able to test campaigns, with the options to vary mailer item, copy, targeting, and more, in order to find the campaign which produces the best results for each member.
1. After the initial 3-month period, membership continues on a monthly-rolling basis. If members wish to cancel, they are able to give written notice by email, at least 30 days prior to their monthly payment date to ensure immediate cancellation. If notice is given less than 30 days prior, cancellation will be from the month after.
2. All data & copy required for campaigns must be provided by midday on Friday of the week prior to the scheduled fulfilment & sending of the campaigns. If this is not provided on time, the campaign fulfilment will be postponed until the week after.
3. The Lumpy Mail Shop membership uses membership fees as “credit” to facilitate campaigns. Each month’s credit must be used within 3 months of the respective payment date. Any credit that is unused after 3 months cannot be redeemed. Credit may be carried beyond 3 months at our discretion if notice is given in writing within the first 60 days of payment being received.
4. The success of your campaigns can be improved by using a suitable follow-up process. Whilst we are able to advise on this, the responsibility of the follow-up process is that of each member.
5. Members agree not to use any of the campaigns provided by The Lumpy Mail Shop, or any similar campaigns that involve the same mailer items, outside of their membership for at least 12 months beyond their date of membership cancellation.
6. Once paid, membership fees cannot be refunded if credit is not used and expires. This is the responsibility of each individual member.
7. The Lumpy Mail Shop is an “exclusive” membership that accepts members on a non-compete basis. All members will be consulted if any prospective members may potentially compete with them, and the member has a right to “reject” prospective members, if they are in direct competition.
